Another chapter in the life of Jennifer Lopez has finally closed.

The star singer and actress, who appears to be splitting with Ben Affleck, has sold her Madison Square Park penthouse in New York City — seven years after she first put it on the market — for $23 million, according to city ​​property data.

The magnificent duplex under the roof, at 21 E. 26th St., is a spacious 6,540 square feet. It comes with four bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms and almost 3,000 square feet of outdoor space over four terraces on two levels, including a croquet pitch, a landscaped roof deck and a putting green.

It first asked for $26.95 million in 2017, according to StreetEasy data, and bounced on and off the market in subsequent years under two separate brokerages.
